Subaru front differential noise

When I make slow sharp/tight (like into a parking spot) I get a clicking noise as well as a binding/shutter of the car. This noise happens on both left and right turns, highly doubtful it could be the axles as it is unlikely to fail at this mileage on both sides at the same time. Also, the noise is of a deeper pitch than the typical CV axle click.

Your noise sounds like gear lash, it happens on decel/coasting because the ring gear loads the trailing edge of the pinion and there's a meshing mis-match or trailing edge wear.
